High strength bolts

High-strength bolt connections have the advantages of simple engineering construction, good bearing capacity, detachable, fatigue resistance, and avoid loosening under the driving load effect. They are a connection method with great development potential.

High-strength bolts are made of specially made wrench to tighten the nuts, which creates a strong and manipulated pre-tension force. According to the nuts and pads, the pre-working pressure of the connected parts of the same size is also caused. Under the action of pre-working pressure, a great friction will be caused along the surface layer of the connected part. It is obvious that as long as the load is lower than this friction force, the component will not move easily and the connection will not be easily damaged. This is the principle of high-strength bolt connection.
