　　High-strength nuts are not so scarce in daily life. They are long-term and are used. Although we are not engineering construction and installation staff, the most basic basic installation knowledge of high-strength nuts is indeed familiar with them. Today I will share with you: the following aspects should be paid attention to during the construction of high-strength nuts.

　　1. Product quality: The surface rust, oil stains, burrs on the edges of nut holes, welding scars, etc. should be cleaned; after touching the friction surface, the specified scratch-shift index must be met. When applying high-strength square nuts, they should have matching bolts and sealing rings. They should not be exchanged in accordance with the supporting facilities during use. The friction surface of prefabricated components is allowed to be stained with oil stains, mud and other impurities during installation. The friction surface of the components should be kept clean during installation and should not work in rain. Before installation, rigorously check and calibrate the deformation of the connected steel plate; it is strictly forbidden to punch the nut in the nut thread during installation to avoid damage to the nut thread opening; during use, electric wrench should be frequently inspected to ensure the accuracy of the torque distance and operate in the correct tightening order.

　　1. The wrench specifications of the theme movable wrench should be consistent with the size of the nuts, and waterproof sleeves should not be added to the small wrench;

　　2. Dead wrench should be used for high-alt operations. If you use a mature wrench, you should tie it with a rope, and people should pay attention to safety;

　　3. When assembling steel structure components, it is not allowed to insert the joint surface or explore the wire hole with your hands. When picking and placing the stainless steel plate, the fingers should be placed on both sides of the stainless steel plate.
