In 2004, we cooperated with Nanjing Hongguang Airborne Equipment Factory, the national standard setting unit for Dacromet Coating (Zinc Chromium Coating GB/T18684-2002), and began to process and produce Dacromet Coating (Zinc Chromium Coating) products externally, as well as provide Dacromet technical consulting services. Due to the corrosion resistance of Dacromet (zinc chromium coating) being 5-7 times higher than that of ordinary galvanizing, the salt spray test can last for more than 1000 hours, and there are no emissions during the production process, avoiding hydrogen embrittlement in the electroplating process, it is an environmentally friendly production process encouraged and developed by countries internationally (Huan Fa [1999] No. 185 document, project number 99B030). Therefore, it is an inevitable trend to replace traditional surface treatments such as surface oxidation, electroplating zinc, cadmium plating, hot-dip galvanizing, and zinc alloy coating.

In 2007, with the implementation of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line projects in China, the company introduced multi-element alloy co infiltration (vacuum zinc infiltration) technology and equipment. The products have now been widely used in passenger dedicated lines such as Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway, Ningbo Taizhou Wenzhou, Hefei Wuhan, and Beijing Shijiazhuang.
